Trunnion-mounted induction motor, to allow it to move freely against a strain gauge load cell, to measure shaft torque
An inductive sensor to measure the shaft speed
Fundamental calculation of Shaft Power from the speed and torque readings
Jaw-type coupling to allow direct connection to Fluid Power machines
no need to fit or adjust the tension of belts and pulleys
